YAMAHA UNVEILS THE ALL-NEW FJR 1300 FOR 2022

The 2022 FJR 1300 has a 1,298cc liquid-cooled DOHC inline 4-cylinder; a 16 valve engine that produces 141 horsepower and 99 foot-pounds of torque at just 8000 rpm. It also features an electronically controlled suspension system with rebound adjustment for a smoother ride over any terrain or road surface type you might encounter on your journey.

The FJR 1300 already sounds great but what else can you look forward to? The new 2022 FJR 1300 includes an integrated luggage compartment that not only is designed to match the lines of the bike but also provides a great amount of space while not compromising the width of the bike itself.
The FJR 1300 comes with heated grips that can be adjusted through multi-function instrumentation and can be adjusted from warmer and cooler weather conditions with three different temperature settings.
Not only does the FJR 1300 have an integrated luggage compartment but it also has a glove box built into the upper fairing. Inside the glove box includes a 12V outlet that can be used for a range of different things like your GPS and charging your mobile phone and other devices which would be very useful for a lot of riders out there!

The FJR 1300 has, even more, to offer with the lean angle-sensitive LED lighting system which utilizes Yamaha’s advanced technology which allows riders to “see-through” corners while riding for improved low light vision.
On top of all that, the 2022 FJR 1300 also has a new suspension system called “ESP” (Electronically Suspension System) which is designed to improve comfort and handling while riding in different conditions such as wet roads or bumpy surfaces and other rough terrain types.

This system was designed to give riders that seamless throttle response they have been looking for. From adjustable ergonomics, the plushed seat designed for comfort for both the rider and the passenger and a push-button adjustable windscreen; Yamaha really did have the rider in mind! Not only is it comfortable but it is also adjustable. The seat can adjust over 0.8 inches without even needing tools, the handlebars have three positions the rider can choose from and even the windscreen is electronically adjustable for a range over 5.1 inches; now that’s something!
