TROOPER LU’S SPRING SOCIAL RIDE – WISEMANS FERRY

Winter is nearly behind us, the days are getting longer and it’s time to kick off Spring the right way – on motorcycles!

We will head North for our Spring Social Ride, taking the scenic way through the Hills and Hawkesbury before finishing at the historic Wisemans Inn Hotel for Lunch.

Whether you’ve ridden with us before or it’s your first time with the Trooper Lu Crew, everyone is welcome. This isn’t a race – it’s about enjoying some good roads, meeting other riders and having a great morning out on the bikes.

️ THE GAME PLAN

9:00 AM – Meet at Trooper Lu’s Garage

80 Heathcote Rd, Moorebank

Grab a coffee, meet the crew, get yourself sorted and be ready for the rider briefing.

9:30 AM – STANDS UP!

We roll out together and head north.

️ THE ROUTE

We’ll head from Moorebank through to the Hills and Hawkesbury, leaving the city behind as the roads open up.

Our route takes us:

Trooper Lu’s Garage → Kenthurst → Cattai → Wisemans Ferry

We’ll have an organised Regroup and Refreshment Stop at Ampol Kenthurst, giving everyone a chance to grab a drink, fuel up if needed and – most importantly – allowing our more relaxed riders to catch up before we head into the best part of the ride.

From Kenthurst we continue through Cattai and the Hawkesbury countryside, enjoying some great motorcycle roads before making our way into Wisemans Ferry.

We’ll stop for approximately **20 minutes**.

Grab a drink, have a quick break and top up with fuel if required.

Nobody gets left behind. We’ll have a lead rider and sweep rider, and the group won’t leave the regroup point until everyone has arrived.

THE DESTINATION

Wisemans Inn Hotel

5545 Old Northern Rd, Wisemans Ferry

Once we arrive, grab some Lunch, a brew and have a yarn with everyone.

There’s no pressure to ride home with the group. Stay for as long as you like and head off whenever you’re ready.

ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFO

• Registration: Not required – this is a casual social ride.
• Ride Level: All riders and road-registered bikes are welcome.
• Pace: Social. Ride at a speed you are comfortable with – this is not a race.
• Learners & newer riders: Welcome. We’ll regroup along the way and have a sweep rider at the back.
• Cost: Just your own fuel, food and drinks.
• What to bring: A full tank, appropriate riding gear and a bike ready to ride.
• Spring is too good to waste for your motorcycle to just sit in the garage.
• Get the bike out, bring your mates and come for a ride.
