Check wear & tear items
Check for damage and faults
Quote repair of damage, faults and wear & tear items

Engine
Change Oil
Replace Oil Filter
Check oil level and vehicle for leakage
Replace sump washer

Final Drive
Final Drive – Drive Chain
Check chain condition
Check condition of drive sprockets
Lube and adjust chain
Check wheel locknut torque
Final Drive – Shaft Drive
Check shaft drive oil
Check wheel locknut torque

Brakes
Inspect condition of the front brake pads and record data (%age remaining)
Inspect condition of the rear brake pads and record data (%age remaining)
Inspect condition of brake lines
Inspect brake reservoirs for leakages
Inspect condition of front brake fluid
Inspect condition of rear brake fluid
Check Front brake disc condition: data recorded
Check Rear brake disc condition: data recorded
Check front brake operation
Check rear brake operation

Battery
Load test battery and results recorded (CCA)
Check positive and negative terminals are secure
Spray battery protector over battery terminals
Check charge rate and results recorded (Volts)

Electronic Functions
Check operation of low and high beam
Check dash neutral light is operational
Check operation of switch block kill switch

Operation Controls
Check and adjust throttle freeplay
Check and adjust clutch freeplay
Lubricate clutch cable
Lubricate throttle cable
Lubricate choke cable
Check clutch fluid and top up if required
Lubricate brake lever pivot shaft
Lubricate brake pedal pivot shaft
Lubricate clutch lever pivot shaft
Lubricate shift pedal pivot shaft
Lubricate footpeg pivot shafts
Check lever and pedal position

Cooling System
Check radiator coolant level and condition
Check overflow level and condition

Diagnostic Tool
Check and clear fault codes
Reset Parameters
Top up coolant as required

Tyres
Check condition of front tyres and data recorded (%age remaining)
Check condition of rear tyres and data recorded (%age remaining)
Adjust front tyre pressures and data recorded (PSI):
Adjust rear tyre pressures and data recorded (PSI):

Wheels and Suspension
Check front and rear wheel bearings for looseness
Check steering head bearings for play and roughness
Check swingarm bearings for play
Check rear shock absorber operation and condition
Check operation of front forks and leakage

Test Ride
Check idle speed
Check operation of clutch
Check ABS function if applicable
Check smoothness of changing gears
Check for oil leaks after test ride
Check for unusual noises
Clear service reminders and apply service sticker
Check all dash functions are working correctly
