Change Oil

Check oil level and vehicle for oil leakage
Replace sump washer

Final Drive
Final Drive – Drive Chain
Lube and Adjust Chain
Check chain condition
Check condition of drive sprockets
Check wheel locknut torque
Final Drive – Shaft Drive
Check shaft drive oil
Replace shaft drive oil
Check wheel locknut torqure

Brakes
Inspect condition of front brake pads
Inspect condition of rear brake pads
Inspect condition of brake lines
Inspect brake reservoirs for leakage
Check front brake operation
Check rear brake operation
Replace front brake fluid and bleed system
Replace rear brake fluid and bleed system
Front brake disc condition

Battery
Load test battery
Check positive and negative terminals are secure
Spray battery terminal protector over battery terminals
Check charge rate

Electronic Functions
Check operation of low and high beam
Check dash neutral light is operational
Check operation of switch block kill switch

Operation Controls
Check and adjust throttle freeplay
Check and adjust clutch freeplay
Check clutch fluid and top up if needed
Lubricate clutch cable
Lubricate throttle cables
Lubricate choke cable
Lubricate brake lever pivot shaft
Lubricate brake pedal pivot shaft
Lubricate clutch lever pivot shaft
Lubricate shift pedal pivot shaft
Check lever and pedal positions

Cooling System
Check radiator coolant level and condition
Check overflow level and condition
Replace coolant and bleed system
Pressure test radiator cap

Tyres
Check condition of front tyres
Check condition of rear tyres
Adjust front tyre pressures
Adjust rear tyre pressures

Wheels and Suspension
Check front and rear wheel bearings for looseness
Check steering bearings for play and roughness
Check swingarm linkage bearings for play
Check rear shock absorber operation and condition
Check operation of front forks and leakage

Air filter
Clean air filter (Paper filter)
Clean and re-oil air filter

Spark Plugs
Check old spark plugs
Replace spark plugs and check gap  (additional cost)

Valve clearances
Check condition of timing chain
Check valve clearances
Adjust valve clearances – only if required (additional cost)

Steering
Grease steering head bearings

Rear Hub / Swing Arm
Grease Rear Hub
Grease swingarm bearings & suspension linkages

Compression Test
Perform compression test

Synchronise Carburetors/ Throttlebodies
