2027 Beta RX 450F EFI

The 2027 Beta RX 450F EFI is Beta’s flagship four-stroke motocross machine, combining aggressive 449.3cc performance with refined electronics, premium KYB suspension and Beta’s signature RideAbility philosophy. Built for riders who want strong, controllable power with precise handling, the MY27 RX 450F introduces major electronic and throttle-response updates to improve performance across a wide range of track conditions.

At the heart of the RX 450F is a 449.3cc liquid-cooled four-stroke engine with DOHC four-valve architecture, electronic fuel injection and electric start. For MY27, Beta has recalibrated both engine maps and introduced a revised tapered 46 mm throttle body, designed to improve airflow, reduce turbulence and deliver sharper throttle response with smoother, more controllable power delivery.

The updated electronics package includes five-level Launch Control, Quick Shift, two-level Traction Control and dual engine mapping for dry and wet conditions. These functions are managed through a redesigned control panel integrated into the handlebar pad, giving the rider easy access to performance settings while riding.

The RX 450F also comes with four different throttle pulleys, allowing riders to further customise throttle response to suit their riding style and track conditions.

A proven molybdenum steel double-cradle frame provides the balance of stability, agility and predictable handling that defines Beta’s RideAbility concept. The lightweight aluminium subframe supports overall chassis rigidity while maintaining manageable weight and easy access to the tool-free air filter.

Suspension is handled by a 48 mm KYB AOS closed-cartridge front fork with adjustable compression and rebound, paired with a KYB 50 mm rear shock offering adjustable rebound and high- and low-speed compression. With 305 mm of front travel and 300 mm at the rear, the suspension is designed to remain composed over braking bumps, jumps and high-speed sections.

Stopping power comes from Nissin braking components with Galfer wave discs, including a 260 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc, providing strong and predictable braking performance.

Additional MY27 updates include a reinforced chain guide, redesigned front sprocket guard, softer Beta-branded grips and an updated red-and-black graphics package.
